Efrat Goldschmidt

My name is Efrat, a mother of three adult children with experience in therapy for 15 years, who lives in the “Ein Sharid” in Sharon.  I have a bachelor’s + master’s degree in social work (M.S.W). I specialized in training in the field of trauma and post-trauma as well as training and treating Teenagers and adults.

There are dark periods in our life that we all go through, and then there are many bright moments. I believe that each person is the best therapist, and in them lies the power to heal.

In treatment with me we will try to focus on the factors you need to strengthen, to be precise, to focus on places that promote positivity and are beneficial for you. Together, we will create a space that allows a better acquaintance with the “self”, the inner world, and clarity in the narrative.

Each person is a “full world” with strengths, needs, desires and dreams, there is no “right” or “wrong” “need” there is only a possibility to identify “what is needed” what “can help” and then choose. In therapy we can define and apply skills to expand your toolbox to improve your daily  emotional functioning.
