Daniella Luden

Clinical social worker and trauma therapist

Clinical social worker, trauma psychotherapist. I am an open-hearted, accepting, and authentic professional who finds joy in practices that contribute to wellness. My expertise extends to a wide range of transformative techniques, seamlessly integrating psychodynamic, trauma-informed therapy with somatic work. I have spent years practicing, learning, and teaching meditation, managing silent meditation retreats and lecturing to diverse audiences, all of which inform my style of therapy to allow for deep change.

I guide and support clients in navigating and healing from difficult emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns, anxiety and depression – creating calm and balance in the nervous system. Innovative solutions and a new set of choices often arise, as well as a strengthened connection to life.

Where relevant, I incorporate Nonviolent Communication (NVC) based approaches to empower my clients with language and communication skills which contribute to safety, connection and autonomy within relationships.
